Four week courses on various Tuesdays throughout the year 7.30-8.30PM. Current course ends 6 March 2012.  Next course is planned to start Tuesday 17 April 2012.

Fee: £20.00 for the course.

Using guided creative visualisation, learn to relax and go deep within, letting go of everyday worries and stresses, and finding answers to problems.

Every Thursday 11:00-12:00 until 29 March 2012. No Fixed Fee (Donations welcome) Feeling tired, worried, confused or depressed? Healing can help with these and many other emotional and physical problems.

From 2 April 2012, the sessions will move to Mondays 10am to 11am.
