WHAT IS CRYSTAL HEALING ?
WHAT IS CRYSTAL THERAPY USED FOR ?
As Crystals heal holistically they work on all levels to get to the root cause of disease. It can be used to help with the following:
I am a Spiritualist Medium and Psychic.
I have been aware of spirit since a young age. Following the passing of my Grandfather in 1999 I found I could no longer ignore what I was sensing and began to seek answers. Following a dynamic shift in my material and emotional life, I began to realise that I needed to seek knowledge from people who could point me in the right direction, and who had experience of all the things occurring to me. I undertook my first awareness group in 2003 leading to me being invited to join a development circle within a local church.
In 2006 I attended my first of many courses at The Arthur Findlay College for the Advancement of Psychic Science. There I discovered tutors and friends who could explain my gifts, and how best to develop and use them for the benefit of others, both here and in the spirit world. Since then, I actively spend everyday trying to unfold both as a medium and as a spirit undergoing a human experience.
A private sitting or reading is a form of spirit communication, similar to those you may see at a Spiritualist church, a clairvoyant evening or a demonstration of mediumship. The difference is that the communication is in private and on a one-to-one basis. The benefits of this are that it allows more time, and the medium is able to go into greater depth giving more personal information from the spirit world.
Most people are happy with their sittings but it should be noted that by their very nature attempts to communicate with those in spirit are experimental and results can never be guaranteed. If this is the case and you are unhappy with your reading then you can request a refund.
My role is to provide the link between you and the spirit world, for the experience to be both evidential and enjoyable and to help you come to realise that our friends and family live on, and are safe and well in the spirit world.
Such are my experiences and understanding of the world we live in, it is my firm belief that with love and understanding we can all learn to heal ourselves and create a future that we have dreamed of, if we only seek to free ourselves of fear.
I believe that empowering ourselves by knowing ourselves can lead us to far greater things. As we begin to understand our experiences, good or bad, they will lead us to understand others and to embrace all with compassion and love.
I believe that we can all make our world a better place but that this must start with ourselves and our own pathways.
I have been involved in healing, meditation and complementary therapies for nearly 30 years. I set up and ran the Herne Bay Healing Centre in the late 80’s, and then went on to open Number 11 Therapy Centre in 1999, providing space to share with other practitioners and teachers. The centre offers a range of therapies and healing techniques, groups, and occasional workshops and training.
I hold Meditation/Relaxation and Self-Awareness classes. I practice Healing, Meditation and Indian Head Massage.
Graham Davies
I am a very spiritual person and believe that my work as a therapist compliments me and my outlook on life. I believe that everything in the world is connected and every living thing is energy. By helping people rebalance their energy I can help bring a little more balance to their lives and the world. I have been practicing Reiki for four years and gained plenty of experience to teach as a Reiki Master. I trained as a complementary therapist at Canterbury College from 2006-2008. I am qualified in Reflexology, Swedish Massage and Aromatherapy.
So if you are feeling like you need something to relieve the tension, stress and anxieties of modern life then I would like to invite you for a treatment that's right for you.

ABOUT ME
I am a fully traned and qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner and Hypnoanalysist, I also have a certificate in counselling skills.
I have worked as a volunteer for the Rape Crisis Centre, counselling survivors of child abuse and rape trauma. I have successfully treated many clients for Stopping Smoking to Severe Trauma. Hypnotherapy is an amazing process that can help so many people. I use EFT in conjunction with Hypnotherapy and I find I get some incredible results.
HYPNOTHERAPY
I will only undertake clients issues for which I am qualified. My clients welfare is important to me in helping you through what maybe a difficult time in your life to achieve the required results. Hypnotherapy is a relaxed state of mind, and you will not be asked to do anything you don't want to do. Hypnotherapy helps you make the positive changes that you need to make, by deep relaxation, then by changing your negative thinking pattern into a positive one. Many clients have been restriced, limited in their lives and in things they want or need to do. Hypnotherapy can help change that for them, helping them lead the life that they would like to.
EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE
Emotional Freedom Technique EFT is a simple healing technique that I combine with hypnotherapy. Although you may not have heard of EFT, you will be familiar with acupuncture, acupressure, and shiatsu. These are all part of the energy system. Each time something triggers a negative memory, your brain also brings with it a negative emotion, anger, fear or hurt. Unless you release these blockages, they can remain in your body for years. EFT releases these negative emotions by tapping on the body's meridian points. This tehn unblocks and rebalances the emotion. This process removes excess or irrational reaction, but leaves the rational and normal reaction. If it sounds so easy... well it is!

Member of FNTP (Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners)
Nutritional medicine is a combination of nutrition and naturopathic medicine; it is the
application of nutrition science and biochemistry usually studied over a period of years
before qualifying with a college recognised by professional bodies such as BANT, and
the FNTP.
Nutritional medicine is based on the principle that the body will heal itself if the
conditions are right. The therapy uses food as medicine along with supplementary
nutrients to alleviate or prevent chronic health problems.
Nutritional therapy aims to promote a state of health through optimum nutrition, and a
fully trained therapist/practitioner is trained to recognise and identify potential
nutritional imbalances and deficiencies and their links to various symptoms.
These imbalances can be addressed through food choices and lifestyle changes in
order to support the body towards achieving and maintaining a state of well being.
Whether you want help in assessing your current diet, seek advice on weight issues
or other symptoms, or just need help with cooking skills a nutritional therapist can help.
They will take time to plan a holistic nutritional strategy with you along with appropriate
lifestyle changes designed for you alone, because you are an individual and the same
programme will not suit everyone with the same symptoms.
