Relaxation & Mediation

One-to-one sessions using relaxation techniques, and creative visualisation, to learn and promote relaxation and self-healing. Through meditation we can bring the whole of our being into harmony and balance. The session can be used to view objectively, and bring healing to, any particular situation or difficulty we are facing. Regular relaxation and meditation helps to keep us centred and able to cope better with the changes and challenges of daily life.
